One of the most effective things we can do to improve our health and sense of wellbeing is to learn to RELAX.

It is estimated that as much as 95% of all illness is stress related. Stresses may be psychological, physical, nutritional or environmental. Whatever they are, they all conspire to take the joy out of life and put your immune system under extreme pressure.

We can all come up with plenty of excuses for not taking time for relaxation, but ultimately we are all responsible for our own health. We must take steps to ensure that we give our bodies and minds the best possible opportunity for staying healthy.

Good Health Management works with business and individuals to reduce stress levels and enhance individual health and wellbeing. Every year 30% of employees experience mental health problems and    it is estimated that stress related sick leave costs UK industry £370 million every year or       approximately 91 million working days!!!

For business we offer workshops covering a range of health topics. These can be one hour sessions to fit in with the daily work schedule or half and full day events that offer individuals the knowledge and skills they will need to take back control of their lives and reduce stress levels. We also offer on-site therapies that will relax and rejuvenate your staff.
